Sizing
Q: How do I know which size I need — Regular or Jumbo?
A: Stand a £1 coin on its edge and try to slide it under your door. If the coin fits underneath, you need the Jumbo (11mm–35mm gaps). If it doesn't fit, Regular is right for you (2mm–22mm gaps).
Q: What if I'm still not sure?
A: Email us a photo of your door gap at sales@jammdoorstop.com and we'll tell you exactly which size to order.
Using Jamm
Q: How do I fit it?
A: Open the door fully, slide the Jamm under the front edge, then give the door a gentle push so it sits snug in the curved trough. No tools required. Simply slide and set.
Q: Will it work on my floor?
A: Yes, Jamm Doorstop is tested and works on wood, laminate, carpet, felt, lino, vinyl, tile and stone. On carpet or felt, make sure it's pushed all the way under the door rather than resting on top of the pile.
Q: Will it damage my floor or door?
A: No. Jamm is made from a soft, flexible food-grade plastic that won't chip paintwork or scratch floors.
Q: Can it be used outside, on gates or heavy doors?
A: Yes. In fact, many customers use Jamm on garden gates, sheds, and heavy fire doors. It's lab-tested to hold against 12kg of force.
Q. Can the Jamm doorstop be used to hold the door in any open position?
A. Yes, fully open to let wheeled items through without protruding in to the walk through
area, or slightly open so as to let the air through but not your pet.
Please note: Fire doors must not be wedged at any time.

Q: Is Jamm safe for children?
A: Jamm is the only doorstop on the market that complies with EN71-3, the toy safety standard, as well as the General Product Safety Regulation 2005. It's made from food-grade plastic, free from lead, BPA and phthalates. It can also be sterilised.
Q: Is Jamm childproof?
A: Jamm is designed to be very difficult to dislodge accidentally. It is far more secure than a traditional one-sided wedge. As with any home safety product, it should be used alongside normal supervision rather than as a substitute for it.

A: Four colours: dark grey, pacific blue, cerise pink and honey beige.
Returns
Q. What is your returns policy?
A. We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at sales@jammdoortsop.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
